Rob joined us as Artistic Director during our 2012-2013 season.

He trained in Theatre and Dance in Salford University and after graduating went on to tour the country in performances of The Golden Adventures of Sinbad and Sleeping Beauty. After this he moved to Paris and joined the Entertainment Cast at Disneyland Paris performing in the daily shows and parades.

After two summer seasons at Disney, Rob returned to the UK and started working as a freelance Choreographer & Director for various companies in the North West – productions include Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (Clwyd Theatr Cymru), The Full Monty (Chester Gateway, Clwyd Theatre Cymru & St Helens Theatre Royal), Guys & Dolls (The Brindley), Seussical (Pavilion Theatre), 42nd Street (Chester Gateway & The Brindley), Bouncers & Shakers (Forum Studio Theatre Chester) and Jesus Christ Superstar (Clwyd Theatr Cymru) to name a few.

He has also performed in various plays and musicals and roles have included Bill Snibson in Me and My Girl, Don Lockwood in Singin in the Rain, Al in A Chorus Line and The Mikado in Hot Mikado. Christmas always sees him performing or directing (or sometimes both) in Panto and the last season saw him performing in the Pomegranate Theatre in Chesterfield as Dame Trott in Jack and the Beanstalk for PHA Pantomimes.

Rob also teaches dance, drama and music for various schools across North Wales and the North West and recently choreographed for a performance which took place at the Royal Albert Hall last September and is currently working on a show that will be performed at the O2 Arena in July 2013.
